Processing
Our standard processing time to fulfill an order is within five business days, though we typically have orders ready to ship within two business days.
Shipping
As a small business, we are proud to offer FREE shipping for our customers in the contiguous US. We are not currently in a position to offer same-day or two-day shipping. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US islands & territories, please see below:
- Alaska
- 0-15lbs = $25 flat rate
- 16lbs and up = $35 flat rate
- 3-5 business days
- Hawaii
- 0-15lbs = $35 flat rate
- 3-5 business days
- US islands & territories (American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands)
- 0-27 lbs = $45 flat rate
- 5-8 business days
Once an order is processed and ready to leave our facilities for the carrier, we send a shipment notification email (similar to the confirmation email you receive when your order is placed). Lastly, a delivery confirmation when your order has been delivered to you.
Carriers
- UPS
- Our preferred carrier for the contiguous US
- Typically have a 2-3 day turnaround time
- Tracking provided and link included in shipping notifications.
- Does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- USPS
- Preferred carrier for all Canadian shipments
- Carrier for P.O. boxes in the US.
- DHL
- Preferred for all other international shipments.
- We currently require an inquiry from the customer in order to provide a quote.
Shipping to Canada
We currently charge a flat shipping rate of $25 for our Canadian customers to offset the average cost incurred to ship to Canada (typically more than double). This means that Canadian customers receive the same value for shipping, as folks in the contiguous US. We are working to learn more about the customs and duties with international shipments. There can be fees imposed by Canadian Customs (based on the value of the shipment) and taxes imposed by the Canadian government that our Canadian customers will have to pay upon receiving their order.
As a small business we work incredibly hard to provide great value for all customers, in the quality of our products and the offer of FREE shipping in the US or by covering half of the shipping for most international orders. We are not in a position to cover duties and taxes on international shipments but we welcome the opportunity to continue learning more so that we can make our products more accessible for customers outside of the US.

While shipping delays may occur from circumstances beyond our control, our team makes every effort to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. Thank you for your continued support of our small business.
Missing Delivery
If you have received an email notifying you that your order has been delivered but you believe that your package was stolen after delivery, please contact UPS (or the carrier) directly to notify them.
